  • Cerita bahwa pemerintah di salah dua provinsi Afrika Selatan kurang memperhatikan manajer menengah di puskesmas (dalam hal ini perawat yang menjadi manajer). Kepuasan kerja mereka rendah. Mereka kerap mendapat pelecehan seksual. Manajer ini tidak mudah memilih tempat kerja sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpuasan kerja. 
  • Situasi puskesmas seperti ini sekarang ini adalah khas seperti ini. Paper ini tidak menceritakan bagaimana manajer puskesmas mempraktikkan keterampilan manajerial mereka berhadapan dengan, ambil saja, pelecehan seks di tempat kerja. Saya yakin pelecehan ini terjadi oleh pasien dan keluarga pasien juga.
  • Apakah manajer menengah di puskesmas boleh memilih tempat kerja mereka? 
  • Penelitian yang sangat menarik - kuantitatif dan kualitatif - bisa jadi contoh paper yang bagus..

  • Reformasi kesehatan mulai dari apa yang sudah berjalan. Prinsip yang sangat penting terkait sustainable development, efisiensi, dan juga human resource development.
  • Mereka menambahkan kegiatan dari apa yang sudah ada sebelumnya dengan sistem posyandu di Indonesia.
  • Juga menarik membandingkan tiga model posyandu - Timor Leste, Indonesia, dan Cuba.
  • Isu mengelola  community engagement sehingga mereka belajar tentang hidup sehat dan mengelola penyakit ringan. Community engagement terjadi ketika penduduk datang dan bercengkerama di posyandu. Kesempatan seperti itu penting dikelola sehingga kesadaran mereka secara bersama-sama meningkat.
  • Posyandu ada 5 meja dari setiap SISCa. Tapi yang penting adalah meja 4 tentang hygiene, sanitation dan malaria control. Layanan meja 4 sangat penting terkait pengendalian penyakit tuberculosis.
  • Keterlibatan tenaga dari LSM sebagai pemberi layanan di Posyandu merupakan bentuk integrasi provider kesehatan.
  • Pertanyaan yang belum terjawab: bagaimana SISCa dikelola? Bagaimana kader dibayar atau dikontrak. Siapa yang menjadi manajer dari SISCa – bagaimana bunyi uraian tugas mereka
